Questions before signing up
Tell us what kind of business you run and roughly how many customers you see a month. That is usually enough for us to say whether Rate Boost is a good fit, and we will tell you if it is not.
Billing and refunds
Include the email address on your account. Refund requests within the first 30 days are honoured without questions, as described on the pricing page.
Something is broken
Include what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than anything else.
